Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please check our return policy for your options. 

 

Return Window

All returns must be postmarked within forty-five (45) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Full refunds are limited to defective or damaged items. If an item was accidentally purchased or appears in a different condition than reasonably expected, please contact customer service at vitaminbee.designs@gmail.com. You will have the option of either a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending upon the condition of the item.

 

If, at any point during use, your item becomes damaged or broken, please contact customer service at vitaminbee.designs@gmail.com. You may have the option to return the item to be fixed. 

 

Return Process

In the case of a return, please email customer service at vitaminbee.designs@gmail.com. If you choose either the option of a full refund or to exchange, you should use the prepaid shipping label included with your package to return the item(s). Return shipping charges will be paid for or reimbursed through us. 

 

Refunds

After processing your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process the return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement.
